• Responsible for all Human Resources aspects such as recruiting, support in personnel issues, organize and conducting internal training courses, handling of all administration regarding personal as well as salary and payment coordination as established by Turkish Law and HMSHost International.
• Prepare payroll datas and follow up the social insurance tasks and rules in coordination with payroll provider.
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Working close with H&S Specialist and company doctor for H&S regulations.
• Responsible for preparing staff records up to date such as assessment forms, warnings etc
• Conducting exit interview and preparing result reports and inform related departments.
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Performing other work related to the above on the orders of the Operation Manager

• Preferable graduated from departments of Social Sciences
• Minimum two years HR experience in an international environment, Hotel and Catering back round preferable
• Experienced in Seasonal Business environment
• Good experience providing and coordinating training to staff preferable in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of labor law and Turkish legislation
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Fluent in English and Turkish language (written and spoken)
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
