Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling requested technical reporting works,
• Customer, contract, industry, etc. to monitor and report technical profit and loss in breakdowns,
• To follow up existing customers within the framework of contract articles and renewal dates,
• To transfer information between Finance, Network, Sales and Market Management departments and to use them analytically in Technical Department studies,
• Provide top quality analysis and insight of existing scheme performances.
• Build a comprehensive network within the industry.
• Build an understanding of key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions suiting the market trends and partners business needs.
• Cooperate, problem solve and manage internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the organization to ensure that the new business targets are achieved

What You Bring:

• University degree preferably graduated from faculty of Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish,
• Min 4+ years underwriting experience in in underwriting, actuarial or similar roles,
• Knowledge of various statistical and econometrics methods will be an asset,
• Analytical thinking for strong risk assessment and analysis,
• Interpersonal skills with strong communication in a multi-cultural environment,
• Strong monitoring and follow-up ability,
• Strong time management ability,
• Experience of working with Excel and PowerBI,
• Basic SQL, Python or other data analysis knowledge,
• Experience with developing new and existing business customer
