REQUIREMENTS

·     Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related areas.

·     Advanced level in English both written and verbal skills.

·     Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in production costs (fixed cost, headcount).

·     Knowledge in costs and expenses.

·     Knowledge of the costing process (operations in companies of the same group).

·     Knowledge in UEP systems and chrono analysis.

·     Knowledge of OEE - Global Efficiency.

·     Knowledge of production planning and control.

·     Knowledge in project management.

·     Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

·     Understanding of routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA).

·     Strong analytical skills.

·     Good communication skills.

·     Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a good team player.

·     Living in Bandırma.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

·     Identify comparative indicators, gaps and benchmark of Employee Productivity and Comparatives by Task.

·     Manage the Master Plan by task, process, unit and management of volumes and extra and future productions (simulation).

·     Manage Video Work (measurement/methodology), identify opportunities and best practices (GOP), manage Improvement Projects, Listed Opportunities, Video Library (all activities).

·     To seek innovations (available in the market or new solutions) with production and maintenance teams.

·     To search for process improvements or CAPEX projects looking for company profitability, and aligned with safety, quality and cost.

·     Help the factories to manage productivity, headcount, volume, vacations, absenteeism according to master plans.,

·     Chronoanalysis Matrix Management, flows/scripts, new Skus, employee allocation and UEP/Kg divergence check.

·     Validation of Nominal Capacities inserted in Otimix.
