Bitron Turkey, currently looking for “Program Manager” for new Electronics plant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably in Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• General knowledge on computer science.
• Fluent English skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Good technical, logic and reasoning skills
• Great attention to details
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Strong overview on each phase of product life.
• Good knowledge of budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives and strategies aligned with customer and contract requirements.
• Evaluate technical and business aspects of customer proposals and change requests, ensuring feasibility and requirements analysis.
• Oversee timely and efficient program execution, addressing issues and tracking progress.
• Assign responsibilities, communicate plans, and ensure resource allocation.
• Lead the preparation of customer bid packages and internal project requests.
• Conduct regular program reviews with various stakeholders to assess progress against the plan.
• Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management analyses to minimize project risks.
• Facilitate the transition from engineering to full-scale production.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through frequent communication
