Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a Technical University preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office programs
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Project Management Criteria is preferred
• Previous experience in retail architecture is a must
• Preference for candidates with expertise in on-site construction
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities: As a Fit-out Architect , you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and coordinating project assessment activities
• Having project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Overseeing the entire fit-out project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution and handover
• Experiencing in renovation projects (new leases, scenarios, renovations, kiosks, etc.) under his/her responsibility,
• Communicating and coordinating the projects with tenants and internal teams
• Tracking project schedules
• Supervising the construction site
• Conducting quality control measures
