İŞ TANIMI

• Maintenance needs of the plant- takes the investment needs from the related departments and plans the all investment needs with plant manager in order of priority,
• Specifies the projects that sustain more effective plant labor and communicates with the management team, prepares annual plans and IGP lists,
• Prepares technical specifications for the machines and equipment in the scope of projects and investments,
• Prepares required documentations in order to be approved the investment plan,
• Considers the company standards about health and safety, environment and food safety necessities while new investments and works with the other departments about that issues,
• Controls the fixed assets operations for the new machines and equipment to be purchased,
• Researches the new technologies, evaluates the feasibilities for the plant and communicates with the leader team,
• Communicates with the government agencies and improves existing relations,
• Coordinates the contractor companies during new installations,
• Provides health and safety requirements and gives health and safety training to the contractor employees,
• Controls the contractor employees and provides them to follow the environment, food safety, health and safety standards of the company,
• Organizes and helps to take the fixed asset inventory,
• Writes off the unused and unusable equipment with the related procedures and prepares write off list,
• Attends saving projects, autonomous maintenance projects, focused improvements groups and plays active role in that studies,
• Coordinates the Recon system of the plant,
• Provides the contractor employees not to harm the plant building and equipment during the installation,
• Attends the studies related with the health and safety, environment management and food safety systems,
• Keeps the all records belong to all projects, provides the all direct reports use the office equipment, materials etc. adequately,
• Provides the direct reports work in order to follow the company rules and code of conduct, follows the direct and indirect reports in terms of jobs, conducts, clothing, continuity, overtime etc. considers the demands and offers, warns when needed, communicates with the related leader,
• Gives proposal in order to increase the skills, effectiveness, motivations of the direct and indirect reports, plays active role in related social activities and organizations,
• Leads to maintenance supervisor and project and maintenance engineer,
• In order to complete the structural lacks of health and safety and maintenance, provides the Capex,
• Performs orientation meetings to the new hires with the HR department,
• Ensures all maintenance activities are being performed proper for the ISO 14001 environment management system procedures and directions,
• Follows the environmental management system and Environment legislations in terms of resource utilizations and waste management,
• Communicates with the environment responsible in terms of unsuitable conditions for the environment,
• Performs the analysis and identify the maintenance function priorities and goals to deliver the
  Annual Budget Plan,
• Ensures efficient maintenance and up keeping of all buildings, grounds, service and production equipment,
• Develops the proper control procedures for maintenance such as work orders, work
  schedules, equipment listing, and machinery,
• Consults with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs
• Provide direct supervision to the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a manner which results in improved True Efficiency, safety, quality and continuous improvement of the facility,
• Ensures that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions,
• Sets maintenance team performance standards and aligns the organization,
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner,
