QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ''HSE Coordinator" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gebze Factory:

If you have,

• Graduated from Engineering departments of the universities,
• Required experience:   3 Years suggested minimum experience.
• Knows English intermediate level minimum.
• Minimum B Level HSE Certificated.
• Working similar or close industry for similar role. ( Automotive & Metal-Welding Prefered.)
• Trained for ISO18001/45001, ISO14001, ISO50001,ISO16949 and have audit experience.

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a “HSE Coordinator”

• Coordinates the facility plant(s) in various health and safety practices and programs designed to safeguard all employees in a working environment that is conducive to their well-being, 
• Recommends and spearheads specific actions to assure that the plant/location complies with all applicable laws related to the health and safety of employees,
• Administers the location’s risk & Ergonomy management program designed to minimize physical and financial exposure resulting from potential, alleged, or actual on-the-job injuries,
• Apprises location leadership and HR of all safety related problems,
• Conducts or assists in 5S and safety inspections.  Coordinates corrective action programs relative to safety for the purpose of orienting new employees and updating existing employees,
• Assists in accident investigation, assures that proper reports are completed, and recommends corrective action. Reporting related parties,
• Schedules and facilitates necessary safety and environmental audits.  Records any required corrective actions and ensures actions are implemented to provide resolution to issues/concerns that are identified,
• Knowledgeable on the latest safety procedures and equipment by maintaining membership in appropriate organization(s), attendance at pertinent seminars, and reading professional journals,
• Prepares/maintains a safety policy and procedure manual,
• Provides information for monthly measurables / KPI’s,
• Environmental management responsibilities:  Will follow and promote environmental management system compliance and commitment to resource conservation,
• Maintains contact with all employees absent from work with job-related or non-job-related conditions,
• Coordinates the Work Conditioning program. Train the employees for new starts and periodical requirements,
• Close working with company doctor and HR to avoid possible HSE gaps on regulations and requirements,
• Performs a review with the Plant Operations Manager, The Central HS&E Manager and The Plant Manager,
• Support and benchmark other regional locations and create / implement HSE BBP programs. Take leading role for Kocaeli plants,
• Working with 3rd party companies for related regulatory support cases,
• Create, manage, control and report department budget related to HSE requirements,
