QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ØUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Metallurgical Engineering
ØMinimum 5 years of work experience in forging and heat treatment processes; experience in steel production processes will be an asset
ØMinimum 3 years of external Auditor experience based on DGQ or comparable education
ØFluent in English (written and oral), German is an asset
ØQuality background (PFMEA, 8D, PDCA systematic, etc.)
ØIn depth knowledge of forging, heat treatment and steel production processes and measuring devices
ØKnowledge of Hydraulic Products
ØTravelling availability 30-50% of working time
ØKnowledge of MS Office applications and SAP/R3
ØSelf starter, strong communication skills, self- confidence and learning ambition
ØNo military obligation for male candidates

ØPlanning, preparation,execution andfollow up ofprocess audits atabove mentionedsuppliers
ØParticipateto themeetings regardinglocalization activitieswith projectpurchasing team
ØValidation ofprocess&production concepts from thesupplier
ØConduct specific focalquality programswith identifiedsuppliers
ØObserve and analyzeclaims andfailure status atassigned focus programsuppliers
ØRepresentative ofpurchasing organizationfor escalatedparts suppliers
ØSupport ofrunning andnew developmentprojects as perassigned qualitylevel
ØMonitor and analyze ofQuality data ofassigned suppliersand processes
ØTechnical Supportlead plantprojects especially inthe Turkish market
