QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a colleague in the position of Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist with the following qualifications. In this position you are expected to be responsible for executing daily HR task related to payroll and develop the right process and tools to ensure a reliable payroll every month. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance or related fields At least 5 years of payroll experience in complex organizations Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines Service oriented and results driven with strong analytical skills Highly organized with a sense of prioritization and pro activity, demonstrate result oriented, diligent and accurate work Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment Takes ownership, able to work independently as well as part of the team Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferably experience in Workday.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Execute accurate and timely processing of all complex payroll functions with outsource payroll provider.Prepare and keep the track of the legal reports and timely transmission to the related units Follow up the updates on legal laws and regulations and enforcing the processes aligned with these regulations Finalize all legal notices within the personnel affairs Pursue the update regulations of Social Security, Labor Law and Tax Law and providing all new regulations applied properly Conduct all health insurance processes with high level of customer service, aligned with many different contents of insurance policies Track all employee leaves and ensuring that the leaves are used in accordance with the legal regulations and HR policies Welcome and support new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
