QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in HR preferably in Payroll
- Good command of English (both written and verbal); Knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered an asset: Turkish, Arabic, Russian or any of the CA local languages.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Strong knowledge on Payroll process, execution, policies and rules
- Knowledge of general HR principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, self motivated and enthusiastic
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver a seamless service to customers
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
İŞ TANIMI
- Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team’s and HR SC’s overall objectives by working closely with Country HR Payroll team.
- Identify and respond to internal and external customer’s needs, actively delivering customer service, which exceeds customer expectations.
- Make productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP Payroll, Shared Services Customer Framework (SSCF), Empoyee Central (EC), SAP Time Management (TM) and Sales Force (SF) to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management.
- Working towards agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure effective customer relationships are established and maintained through providing a prompt service by fully understanding clients’ needs and requirements.
- Ensure all payroll data correctness by checking system errors, which is delivered from Country Payroll Team in line with the annual payroll schedule, run payroll and enable country HR Payroll team to give payment order to Country Finance / Treasury.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information to stakeholders and customers.
- Build relationships with key points of contact within the HR Service Center across the processes and other functions in order to maintain an understanding of the process context.
- Assist the HR Operations Supervisor in defining operating procedures and targets for the Payroll and HR Operations processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, local legislation, HRSC standards and Service Partnership Agreements (SLAs).
