Responsibilities:

• Motivate and energize your team to achieve peak performance.
• Coach and guide team members towards individual and collective goals, monitoring their progress and providing support for development.
• Ensure team meets all performance criteria while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, keeping your team informed and aligned.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement within your team's processes.
• Implement solutions to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a well-organized and productive work environment with the necessary tools and resources.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement team goals and objectives.
• Track team performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Leadership roles. 
  
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  
• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  
• Analytical mind with a knack for problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities.
  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented, constructive, and positive attitude.
  
• Patient and passionate about continuous learning and development (both personal and of your team).
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain high levels of motivation.
