• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Logistics
• Minimum 5/10 years of experience in Supply Chain in a production environment
• Fluent in English
• High resilience, curiosity, empowerment and teamwork
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• No military obligation (for male candidates)
• No travel restriction domestic and internationally
• Have an experience in the quality control systems and processes such as SO 9001-2008, FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, TPM, ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management Systems, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety
• To prepare feasibility reports for short, medium and long-term capacity, machinery-equipment-shelf investments and strategic plans of logistics models with alternative strategies
• Coordinating the team in line with the company’s targets and strategies, to improve the performance and capabilities of its employees and to increase their engagement. Coaching the team and giving effective feedback.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehouse and Stock Management, counting processes
• Management of all Supply Chain processes including logistics, warehouse, import-export and order management process
• Managing manufacturers, and copackers process according to in line with the supply plan
• Responsible for Raw material warehouse, Finished Goods warehouse, Black Tea Storage Warehouse
• Executing software implementation projects with in Doğadan
• Continuous track of self-development and team performance
• Maintain coordination between departments and service providers
• Leading and managing related processes with responsibility for scope, time and budget
• Work collaboratively across suppliers, organization and customers
• Continuous monitoring of KPIs of logistics services
• Managing and maintaining inbound/outbound logistics infrastructure
• Improvement of the logistics performance in the plant according to delivery, quality and financial targets
• Problem and conflict management with the suppliers in terms of daily deliveries, price issues and contract issues
• Product Change management: tracking survey of changing components compliance with time, cost and deployment requirements and tracking of price negotiations for changes
• Ensure that the customer activity plan is applied to the plant programming
• Report on plant results according to department indicators
