Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Reporting Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or other Engineering departments,
• Audit Background is a plus,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in reporting in a multinational company,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office skills,
• Extensive knowledge of finance, audit, budgeting, and cost control principles,
• Develop strategies for overall business,
• Strong analytical thinking,
• Adaptable to flexible working hours,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Good planning, organizing and communication skills,
• No obstacle to travel,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monthly company financial reporting package preparation according to IFRS standards,
• Quarter-end reports preparation,
• Analyzing all the incomes and expenses, explaining the extraordinary figures,
• Following up the budget variance and explaining the gaps,
• Making comments and clarifications to the CFO questions,
• Monthly forecast preparation and inform HQ whether there are any deviations from it,
• Solving inter-company issues and problems,
• Advising regular independent audit companies in their audit period,
• Yearly budget preparation and revising for the following rounds,
• Balance sheet review, and periodic analysis,
• Taking part in yearly transfer pricing report preparation.
