Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Overseas Sales Representative at Dünya Şehir located in Istanbul, Türkiye. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, including building relationships with clients and real estate agencies, identifying potential customers, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
He/She will be also responsible for;
Representing the company and projects,
Informing customers coming to the Project Sales Office,
Completing sales closing procedures,
Offering alternatives according to the customer's needs and budget,
Ensuring regular entry and updating customer records,
Paying attention to customer satisfaction,
Reporting to Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Preferably, graduated from university's associate degree or bachelor's degree,
Fluency in Russian (Fluency in English will be an asset),
Able to use MS Office programs,
Can work on weekends and have one day off during the week,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Proven experience in sales and customer service,
Strong negotiation and closing skills,
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients,
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
