We are seeking Engineers to reinforce our Production Team for different units, in our plant in Gebze, Kocaeli

• BS degree in Engineering (Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering is an asset),
• Preferably MSc in related fields,
• Minimum 0-3 years experience in manufacturing operation, quality units, able to quantify results and production processes (Casting industry experience is an asset),
• Excellent command of the 2nd language (written & spoken),
• Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably SAP,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, analytical mind set from problem definition to problem solving,
• Cost awareness and prioritization,
• Strong willingness to take initiative,
• Strong willingness to self learning, researching on different and new topics,
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul (E5 route) or Gebze, Darıca & Çayırova,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing daily operation of the production line,
• Planning and organizing production processes and schedules,
• Following productivity, capacity utilization, profitability and performance indicators,
• Develop and implement plans to improve quality, efficiency & the reducing of costs,
• Check and evaluate the function and technical design of machines and systems,
• Coordinate and develop operators job,
• Participating the corrective and preventive activities required by customers and/or quality standards,
• Provide the adequate support to guarantee a perfect preventive maintenance,
• Responsible of maintaining work safty environment for employees,
• Reporting to head of the department,
