Project HSE Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Environmental & Civil Engineering or related majors,
• Min. 5 years of field experience in Health, Safety and Environment departments of international construction projects,
• Experienced in working at height activities, earthworks and motorway construction,
• Proven work experience as a team leader and strong leadership skills,
• Experience in HSE audits and assessments, accident investigation and risk analysis for motorway projects,
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards,
• In terms of HSE, ability to assist, support and lead construction teams actively,
• Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and in a timely manner in the field,
• Having good communication, leadership and management skills,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in order to explain health, safety and environmental processes to a range of people and to give presentations to groups,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• Develop, maintain, and promote the HSE Management System, safety policies, standards, procedures.
• Strong communication skills, team worker, Good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary environment,
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.
• Level B driver's license valid for at least 2 years as it is essential for the activities involving travel between sites.
