SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller for our client that is a global leader in the complex plating chemicals, equipment and services for printed circuit board (PCB), package substrate and semiconductor manufacturing, as well as decorative and functional surface finishing.

Ideal candidates should have university degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields and at least 8 years of accounting & finance & budget and reporting experience. The candidate should also have knowledge of IFRS standards, SAP and very good command of English.

Senior Financial Controller, will be reporting directly to Senior position in Germany HQ and dotted line to General Manager in Turkey and managing the finance & accounting team.

Job Description:

• Leading all finance functions (accounting, controlling, treasury audit, tax, etc.)as a “hands-on manager” as well as a member of the local management team,
• Being totally responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting/financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS requirements,
• Establishing efficient accounting & controlling processes,
• Taking overall responsibility for the organization of monthly closing, budget, forecast and business planning processes/routines,
• Leading finance team; motivate team members in challenging time
• Working closely with Group departments to implement pro-active, business-driven controlling systems and tools reflecting the underlying business development (Income Statement, Net Working Capital and Cash Flow)
• Ensuring risk management procedures and effective controls execution,
• Preparing profitability analysis and ad-hoc management reports,
• Working on local HR topics, in coordination with worldwide HR.
