As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a skilled Export Area (Russian Speaking Countries) Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our international sales efforts.

*Position Overview:*

As an Export Sales Specialist at Fancy Home, you will be a key player in our international business growth. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence, build strong relationships with international clients, and drive export sales.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Market Research:* Conduct market analysis to identify new export opportunities, trends, and potential clients in target regions.

- *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, importers, wholesalers, distributors, market chains and partners to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

- *Sales Strategy Development:* Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing ones.

- *Negotiation and Contract Management:* Lead negotiations with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and manage export contracts.

- *Logistics Coordination:* Work closely with logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient shipment of products to international destinations.

- *Sales Reporting:* Monitor and analyze export sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to enhance decision-making.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the Cleaning & Household Products or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant languages for international business specially Russian
