We are looking for a Business Applications Responsible who will be directly reporting to IT Applications Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university,
• 7 years of experience especially IT in FMCG,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications,
• Team player, flexible and result-oriented, multi-tasking,
• Strong experience in full business analysis life cycle,
• Demonstrated ability in Business Process Mapping,
• Experience in SAP modules (Finance and Logistics Modules, PI/EDI, CRM).

İŞ TANIMI

• Owns SAP and non-SAP project agenda and participates in management and execution of projects related to the functional domain,
• Reinforcing standards and policies within business Project and Demand Management,
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes in his/her responsibility area to execute the strategy defined by the business,
• Effective customer demand management process,
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing current business processes and application systems by analyzing business processes to support key business priorities within the Ferrero strategy, aligning this to the IT strategy,
• Manage, motivate and develop subordinates towards the achievement of high quality work standards.
• Control on IT related support and development expenditure,
• Select, contribute in selection process and manage external consultants, outsourced employees and subordinates.
