FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We are a fast-growing global production company looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager with the qualifications mentioned below located in İzmir and Manisa.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering or other qualified discipline University degree ideally such as Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, controlling Reporting role.

·         Preferably, minimum 3 years audit company background.

·         Fluent command of written and spoken English.

·         Excellent command of Excel knowledge is a must.

·         Experience in accounting, general management, tax legislation, financial statement.

·         Strong background on Turkish GAAP and on IFRS.

·          CPA certificate is a plus,

·         Preferably having knowledge in Logo, Netsis applications.

Job Description

• Preparing financial statements; such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flow,
• Managing net working capital and daily transactions according to cash flow plan,
• Manage the accuracy of the accounts payable and receivables in order to make timely collections and payments.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close,
• Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems
• Prepare and handle all tax and regulatory returns for Turkey business.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations in Turkey.
• Managing all tasks related to accounting (book keeping, month-end and year-end transactions, reconciliation of accounts, postings for fixed assets, etc.)
• Managing the import and export business of the company both for operational and financial activities.
• Manage all relations with banks, legal advisors and audit firms.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, provide tax planning to optimize company’s tax policy.
• Take full responsibility for overall Finance, including managing and directing finance and accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial policies relating to the company.
