Which tasks is the "International Leasing Executive" responsible forat FLO?

• To analyse the location (street and shopping mall) and region within the scope of investment projects for new stores to be opened abroad,
• Carrying out feasibility studies in terms of customer potential, preparing reports to be presented to the management and supporting decision-making stages,
• To work in coordination with the legal department by interpreting all foreign lease agreements technically,
• Ensuring that all foreign lease contract documents are prepared in accordance with internal procedures, legal processes and requirements, and that they are reviewed and created,
• To prepare reports on the risks that may arise in the leasing processes and the measures that can be taken; to solve the problems that arise at this stage,
• To follow the contract renewal and termination processes of existing foreign stores and to prepare the relevant protocols,
• To be responsible for solving the rent and management problems of the stores, to manage the rent & turnover balance within the budget

• If you have graduated from the relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
• If you have at least 5 years of experience in store location and leasing processes,
• If you are experienced in contract/contract management,
• If you are experienced in the leasing and contract processes of high street and shopping centre stores,
• Good command of English (preferably Russian, French and Arabic as a second language),
• If your reporting skills are developed,
• If you can use MS Office applications effectively,
• If written and oral communication skills are developed,
• strong representation and negotiation skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and business follow-up skills,
• If you have experience in customer relations and team motivation,
