Fokker Elmo Turkey founded in 2007 in the Aegean Free Zone in Izmir, It's customer portfolio includes some of the leaders of the aerospace and defense industry, such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing Company, Agusta Westland, Airbus Military, Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney. The candidates should possess below qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electric&Electronics Engineering 

- Having 2 years experience in manufacturing company 

- Very good command of English in speaking and writing 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Good communication skills, analytical thinking, team working

-  No military obligation for male candidates 

Tasks and Responsibilities

-Manufacturing Engineering activities for wiring harness programs of military and commercial aircrafts (Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin etc.)

-To support and guide internal (Production, Quality, Planning teams) and external customers (Fokker Elmo Netherlands team) technically based on customer specifications.

-To evaluate updates of customer specifications and to incorporate them to work instructions depending on the effect of the update.

-Creation of major improvement projects and Kaizen studies related to engineering and production processes.

-Coordination and implementation of internal and external (customer) change requests.

-Guidance and support to the members of program ME team including manufacturing engineering technician and manfucaturing engineering support employee.

-To evaluate/review production inquiries and change requests, in co-operation with Planning, Production and Quality teams.

-To generate, release, control and distribute necessary MDPs (Manufacturing Data Packages)

-Implementation, control and authorization of document and software changes concerning production team based on procedures.

-To support and guide Production team with training and certification of production team operators and validation/qualification of processes, equipment, tooling and products based on global aviation and Fokker Elmo procedures.

-Daily work with Fokker Elmo Netherlands ME and Design team for the technical issues related to product specifications.

-To initiate and participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) for new/updated products

-To participate in process-related trouble shooting activities and solve technical problems

-To guide and support Production team with the investigation and elimination of quality problems, including customer complaints, as appropriate (PFMEA, 8D)

-Implementation of the verification and monitoring of key-characteristics (with MSA, SPC)

-Improvement of existing tools and creation of new tools within the procedures to improve run times and to reduce quality risks.

-To lead/participate transfer of the new programs/products from other Fokker Elmo sites (China, Netherlands, India)

-To work with Global ME in the global engineering projects as a member/leader of team.
