Responsibilities the Head of Finance Department

• Oversee all financial operations of the company across different countries and regions.
• Prepare the company's budgets and financial statements. Spearhead the financial planning and budgeting processes. Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting at both the group and subsidiary levels.
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Monitor and manage financial risks.
• Ensure the company's financial reports comply with regulations and laws.
• Analyze complex financial data and extract insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
• Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting at both the group and subsidiary levels.
• Participate in corporate policy development.
• Lead and coordinate audits.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Develop and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Oversee asset management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of capital investments and projects.
• Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Supervise the treasury function - ensuring cash flow is adequate to support operations and investment activities.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs, and regulatory actions.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Oversee training and mentorship for the finance department.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• English Advenced,
