Finance Manager

As Griffin Consultancy, we are searching for a Finance Manager for one of our multinational business partners who is the leading name in global consumer goods industry. The Finance Manager will manage a team of 7 and directly report to Finance Director in Turkey & regional CFO as well as work very closely with GM & local management team. The ideal candidate should be;

• Responsible for achieving the financial & strategical goals of the company by supervising day to day operations including finance, accounting, risk, controlling, reporting and audit,
• Responsible for commercial finance which aims to optimize performance & profitability of the company via measuring and improving the current business strategy, procedures & implementation processes,
• Work closely with management, brand, logistics and sales teams in order to achieve accurate financial forecasting as well as take timely & corrective actions in strategical plans,
• Lead a team of 7, mainly responsible for P&L, general accounting, planning & analysis, budget & reporting, internal control and compliance in order to achieve optimum profitability in line with company's global vision & strategy,
• Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of current financial IT systems and lead making necessary changes in cooperation with global & local IT teams,
• Maximize the accuracy & accessibility of the regular and ad-hoc reportings, documentation & presentations.

The ideal candidate should have;

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FMCG industry,
• Team management experience as well as close collaboration practice with multinational teams,
• Fluency in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and financial literacy in general IT systems,
• Problem solver & an exceptional communicator,
• Comfortable with taking initiative as well as delegating & sharing knowledge,
• Multi-tasking with a solution oriented & analytical approach.
