Project Manager - Tekirdağ

As Griffin Consultancy, we are looking for a Project Manager for our multinational business partner who leads & operates in chemical industry. Project Manager will directly report to Regional Vice President and work in line with factory manager and production teams.

• Responsible for new process development and design changes for existing processes, reviews current manufacturing processes and applications of those processes, recommends process improvements, follows technological advances in industry and modifies processes to maintain a state of the art production facility
• Review current and advise new technologies, carry out feasibility studies
• Responsible for production improvement projects: Coordinates implementation, timing and cost of the budgeted capex projects.
• Participates in achieving the company quality goals: dedicated to reducing product variation
• Control cost efficiency and productivity of the site
• Manage and develop the site infrastructure (production, utilities, related warehouses)
• Contribute site budget preparation
• Interact, collaborate and negotiate with governmental authorities (community, external audits, gov. bodies)
• Review regulations, legislations and advise on necessary improvements, adjustments in compliance with Turkish law/regulations
• Communicate with external site consultants according to requirements and objectives
• University degree of Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Min. 5-10 years working experience in a managerial position in a chemical production
• Experience in compliance (EHS/labour law)
• SAP MM/PP module
