Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a “Commercial Finance Manager” to be assigned in our Finance Department for Hayat Kimya Turkey. The position reports to Hayat Kimya Turkey Finance Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in related departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 year experience in related positions (especially FMCG sector),
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Effectively using MS Office programs and SAP, (preferably experience in FI-SD & BPC modules),
• Previous experience in team management,
• Strong communication and analytical skills, competent in planning and reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contibuting to and challenging sales volume target development for both forecast and budget, while being direct responsible to translate the volume targets into financial Net and Net-Net Sales forecasts and Budgets with all possible breakdowns of the domestic sales channels/brands/SKUs by coordinating the collection of all necessary inputs from the relevant departments.
• Acting as a business partner to Sales Channel leaders, Trade marketing and Marketing teams to develop and assess the financial impacts of planned actions or new agreements/temporary sales campaigns while guarding the overall Net-net sales and discount targets per approved forecasts or budgets.
• Controlling actual sales realizations versus forecasts and budgets targets, analysing variances and reporting it to top management and commercial teams.
• Preparing adhoc reports or impact analyses.
• Being owner of the monthly forecast (Sales and Operational Planning) process, by coordinating all relevant teams to adhere to deadlines and to be the ultimate responsible to complete the forecast Net-Net Sales for all domestic sales operations.
• Reporting the actual sales realizations of the channel / region and calculating the sales team bonus realizations.
• Being the ultimate responsible in monthly closing process up to Net-net sales, act as the owner of the rebate process for all channels by controlling all claims for back invoices of the customers and creating accruals/provisions as they are necessary.
• Act as the business partner in developing sales team opex targets and controlling the realizations, explaining variances and propose corrective actions as necessary.
• Act as the focal point of controlling the accuracy of price lists defined in SAP as per the approvals received from the top management (during or at the end the months).
• Take part in the field visits to control the application of planned sales activities and to verify efficient implementation by the field teams.
