QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related departments

• Work experience in a similar role within a multinational company is preferred  

• Fluency in both written and spoken English 

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office applications 

• Knowledge and experience of Oracle is preferable 

• Strong analytical, data gathering and planning skills 

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills 

• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines



Main Duties & Responsibilities


Finance Business Analyst is a trusted partner to the commercial teams, using deep understanding of Informa Market’s products and customers to drive business strategies and results. 


• Preparation of forecast, budgets and business plans 

• Performing monthly budget activities, control & track revenue/cost accruals & deferrals, ensure proper actions taken before moth end 

• Produce reports in accordance with the divisional group timetable 

• Comparing actual vs budget on the basis of each event, meanwhile involving communication with business partners (event directors) 

• Analyzing cost & revenue parameters 

• Preparing “Weekly Sales” reports, ensuring it includes concise commentary on trading vs. target and risks/upsides. Raise trading issues with commercial teams and propose solutions for material variances. 

• Supporting control process of financials during month-end periods 

• Assist and track monthly accounting closing process, preparation of month end closing transactions identify and propose adjustments, if necessary 

• Provide support through ad-hoc tasks and assignments 

• Reconciliation intercompany and enter recharge invoices in AGIS transaction. 

• Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet & P-L) 

• Recharge invoices reconciliations and recording 

• Hyperion HFM reporting 

• Managing COA and if necessary, update into the system



Preferred Candidate

1 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
