QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
- MBA or MSc in Marketing will be considered a plus
- Preferably experienced in multi brand retail companies
- Business Planning & Follow up
- Understanding of Hardware
- Fluency in English
- PC skills
- Presentation skills
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and with KPI driven performance
- No restriction for travelling in Turkey

İŞ TANIMI
As the category expert, lead the development and implementation of the category business plan.to meet the sales, profitability, efficiency and stock turn targets. Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to secure consumer impact and elevated consumer experience at the point of sales.
- Develop the category marketing business plan including seasonal targets for sales, profitability, efficiency and stock turn as well as seasonal strategies for purchasing, range allocation (stores clustering, product packages) and pricing.
- In cooperation with the Marketing team, support the development of the seasonal marketing strategies to support the category targets (campaigns plan, events calendar,digital promotions and catalogues, athletes endorsement)
- Work closely with Operations and Trade Mktg teams to successfully land the category strategy at retail (VM guidelines, planograms, staff training, POS tools and branding)
- Secure the successful implementation of the category business plan by following up on the execution and adjust performance according to business targets, in cooperation with cross-functional teams as well as external partners (suppliers)
- Perform a range of activities to effectively market the category product range including budgeting, range planning, forecasting, ordering (preparation, reception, dispatch, split) pricing/markdowns, roll-out planning, stock management, replenishment, reallocations and returns.
- Maintain a close relationship with suppliers and capitalize on INTERSPORT leverage to achieve best possible commercial deals and service.
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors activity within market,to maintain a competitive range and retail experience and to identify new business opportunities. Collect data through consumer interaction, market visit and stores check.
