We are looking for the “Foreign Trade Operation Responsible “ for our production facilities in İstanbul/Kurtköy who will be reporting to Sales&Marketing Manager and assigned to following qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree (International Logistics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is preferred)
• Knowledge on foreign trade documents and imports-exports regulations and documentation,
• Experience in project/process management, cost analysis, 3rd party relationship management,
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with high attention to details,
• ERP experience is an asset, (SAP Preferred)
• To have customer focused approach with advanced communication skills,
• Being able to work in a team and to take initiative,
• Advanced organizational skills and analytical perspective,
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English.

Job Description

• Organizing and monitoring all operational process related to import, export and transportation operations.
• Carrying out and terminate the process of importation by working in coordination with the Operation Department.
• Arranging export customs process and transportation in line with production plan.
• Preparing documents related to import and export operations and to carry out correspondence.
• Performing the letter of credit analysis with the letter of credit transactions.
• Providing coordination with banks in foreign trade process.
• Following up the organization of customs clearance process working in coordination with customs agent.
• Conveying customer's documents and reports of transactions related to foreign trade.
• Preparing the reports of transportation and customs operations related to foreign trade and present them to management.
