ITA Legal & Advisory is currently seeking experienced Senior Lawyers to join its İzmir team with below stated qualifications;

• At least 3- 5 years of experience,
• Having experience in litigation and proceeding as well as corporate work, commenting agreements, preparation of memorandums, research matters, etc.
• Strong command of English,
• High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills
• Successful in human relations, having excellent communication skills,
• Analytical mind with an ability to pro-actively resolve problems.
• Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team

 

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing proactive legal advisory to corporate clients in corporate law, commercial law, contracts law, labour law and other areas of private law.
• Appearing before courts, managing and reporting disputes and legal actions,
• Drafting of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, legal opinions and reports,
• Acting as the team member in mergers and acquisitions projects and legal due diligence procedures,
• Working closely with different disciplines ranging from HR, Financial Affairs, Audit, Risk Advisory, Tax
