Export Customer Services Specialist

•            University graduate,
•            Minimum 3 years experience in the field of export customer orders operations,
•            Excellent command of written and spoken English, second language is a plus,
•            Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus,
•            Have knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislation,
•            Ability to work as a team member,
•            Strong Planning, communication and coordination skills,

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for export customers "order to deliver process", follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full.
• Coordinate customer communication for "order to deliver process", receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status.
• Organize export shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments.
• Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preperation for the shipment.
