The Import Export Customer Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating international trade by managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of global trade practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in customer service or international trade is a plus

The Import Export Customer Representative will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding import and export processes
• Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation
• Ensuring all import/export documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
• Collaborating with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of goods
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Staying updated on international trade laws and regulations
• Assisting in the resolution of any shipping or customs-related issues
