Telephone Operator

We are looking for a Telephone Operator who receives all incoming calls in a correct manner.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski and LQA standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

*One year experience in a customer service oriented position.

*Basic knowledge of Hotel Business Operations

*Microsoft Office Applications

*Opera PMS

*Listening and oral skills

*Writing skills

*Fluency in English a must
