We are looking for an "Internal Audit Assistant Manager" to be assigned to our Holding operating in the Automotive Sector.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities, (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.)
•  Minimum 8 years of experience in audit companies or companies' internal audit departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and process analysis skills with a strategic point of view
• Positive, proactive, strong planning and follow-up skills
• Analytical thinking, questioning, presentation skills, solution-oriented and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, advanced written reporting skills
• Able to use an active vehicle and have no travel barriers
• Preferably at least one of the CIA, SMMM, CFE or CRMA certifications
• Having good command of the SAP system and performing auditing activities on SAP
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Good command of English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing process audits in accordance with the annual internal audit plan
• Creating audit results and improvement suggestions in agreement with the relevant process owners and presenting them to the senior management periodically together with the action plans
• Follow-up of determined action plans
• Conducting fraud/irregularity investigations and reporting the results of the investigation to the senior management
• To follow international internal audit standards, new practices and develop suggestions for current studies in order to increase the internal audit function of the institution.
• Establishing preventive internal control mechanisms / systems to prevent all kinds of risks
• Coordinating risk assessment studies
• Making suggestions by examining in terms of effective, economic and efficient use of resources
