Finance&Accounting Manager

Leading company

We are looking for a "Finance & Accounting Manager" with the following qualifications and skills for our Headquarter.

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent,
• Advanced in English,
• At least 10 years managing experience in cost accounting, budget, reporting in a manufacturing company,
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, and cost control principles in an international manufacturing company with finance and accounting experience,
• Preferably experience investment loans and investment incentives,
• Up to date knowledge of Turkish accounting standards and strong interest in IFRS,
• Experience in ERP systems, preferable knowledge of Logo ERP systems,
• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills,
• Having effective communication skills with third parties,
• Flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment,
• Very good negotiation skills
• Ability to motivate teams for high performance working teams 

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to the Executive Board, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;
 

• Managing the budgeting process on hand, preparing variance analysis reports in detail, preparing budget revisions and additional forecasts when required,
• Preparing and consolidating financial reports (statutory and management), and submitting results to the board of directors in detail,
• Managing accounting, legal, tax, treasury, payroll, foreign trade and information technologies divisions
• Leading, monitoring and reporting cost improvement projects, providing recommendations for managerial decisions,
• Working with manufacturing operations on continuous process improvement projects regarding inventory and material flow control,
• Managing the reconciliation process between accounting and cost systems,
• Develop financial and tax strategies, implement operational best practices
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems, maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Ensure that book  keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
• Managing relationship with financial institutions, banks and any third parties to which functions have been outsourced
• Lead all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry, ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
• Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team and participate in keydecisions as a member of the executive management team
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
