 MAKRO AERO is an engineering company that provides variety of products to aviation, aerospace and defence companies.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in international sales operations.
  • Proven experience in international sales of mechanical or industrial products.
  • Fluent written and conversational English knowledge is a must.
  • Proven negotiation skills and success developing customer relationships.
  • Used to working to a high standard of customer service.
  • Good judgement to meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrating acceptable industry knowledge and commercial attitude.
  • Affinity to aviation.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Process focused and result oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle conflicts.
  • Capacity to handle multi tasks concurrently.
  • Self-motivated.
  • The ability to balance completing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent command of computer skills.
  • Agile, practical and result focused.
  • High energy level and ability to work and contribute effectively in teams.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
  • No restriction to travel.
  • No military service obligation (for male candidates) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Managing existing customers orders and fast response to all kind of inquiries.
  • Acquisition new customers in line with the company's international growth strategy.
  • Negotiating with potential customers abroad.
  • Following up the new projects and contracts standards and dealing with their problems.
  • Managing business development processes.
  • Developing trust-based relations with potential and existing customers.
  • Seek out new bussiness opportunities proactively by developing new and existing technical relationships within accounts and prospects,
  • Establishing solid targets to expand the customer pool
  • Analyzing the needs of the customers and developing convincing customized solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Meeting customer satisfaction through presenting a reliable, conveniently reachable and easy to communicate attitude.
  • Following up all activities and processes from the first contact with the customer until a successful delivery.
