QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking a “Human Resources Manager“ for a multinational company which is leading in architecture and building industry with more than 400 employees .

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience in a dynamic company with broad knowledge and experience in human resources management,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the fields of Labor Law and Social Security Regulations and benefits practices,
  • Fluency in English in both written & spoken,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills,
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Co-operative, creative, analytic, team player and people oriented,
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude,
  • No military service restriction for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contributing to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes,
  • Managing specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives,
  • Supporting and delivering people development, performance management and succession planning strategies to build employees’ skills, knowledge and delivering future organizational capability,
  • Providing to support management and leaders to enable high performing teams,
  • To have knowledge about HR Business practices related to improving HR policies and improving overall business performance,
  • Executing management of internal communications / employee engagement programs,
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
  • Managing recruitment process and preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Reviewing and analysing business metrics and employee experience in order to recommend improvements.
