We are looking for “Internal Audit Assistant Specialist” with the following qualifications to join the Internal Audit Directorship of Martur Fompak International. The candidate will be responsible for internal audit operations and will be located in Istanbul.

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar departments,

• Fresh graduate, Maximum 1 year of internal or external audit, tax audit and/or financial analysis experience,

• Strong analytical thinking, questioning, problem-solving skills, and capabilities,

• Willingness to learn and research,

• Being self-disciplined,

• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills,

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, (French or Russian is a plus)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications,

• No travel restriction,

• SAP knowledge is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The assistant internal auditor will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit Department and carry out the following tasks:

• Conducting operational, financial, compliance and fraud audits in accordance with company policies and procedures, local regulations and international standards,

• Identifying risky areas where fraud may occur, and taking necessary actions to prevent any losses,

• Reviewing the processes and systems continuously to ensure adherence with legal and regulatory standards,

• Preparing audit reports & follow-up plans including suggestions,

• Reviewing effectiveness and sufficiency of internal control processes, policies, and procedures.
