Qualifications:

• Graduates from relevant engineering departments of universities (Mechanical, Textile, Production etc.),
• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry; seat production and cover processes,
• Ablo to speak and write English fluently, preferably with knowledge of German as a second foreign language,
• Having technical problem solving skills and analytical thinking,
• Prone to team work, strong communication skills, creative and able to take initiative,
• Proactive, open to continuous learning, result-oriented,
• Currently residing in Bursa or able to reside.

Job Description:

• Controlling all legal and customer requirements regarding seat cover production and design,
• Examining STO surfaces published by customers in terms of feasibility, process, visual and legal requirements,
• Defining cover sub-components and cover parts and preparing Bom lists during the RFQ and RFI stages,
• Determining the cover connection points and connection features on vehicle seats by working with the engineering team,
• Preparing and editing Cover Trimbooks,
• Preventing visual defects encountered during the cover development stages and to provide feedback to the Seat Metal, Foam, Plastic Design teams through improvement efforts,
• Leading the necessary prototype component activities in the production of the first prototype seat,
• Leading seat cover production feasibility and development activities throughout the entire process,
• Assisting in DFMEA, PFMEA, SCAFFS and TGW reviews,
• Helping to prepare or update 2D&3D CAD data for cases and components,
• To carry out the necessary analyzes by having knowledge of tolerance analysis,
• Preparing and publishing the necessary documents for product change studies.
