Most famous and successful jean designer Adriano Goldschmied, queen of best-fits Venucia de Russi, Rıfat Özbek, who designed his first jeans collection for Mavi, Hussein Chalayan, who designed his first collection with a Turkish brand, are some of the world famous designers that Mavi has already worked with.

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or relevant departments,
• A total of 6 to 9 years professional experience, in which minimum 3 years of internal audit experience in Big 4 and preferably experienced in retail,
• Good knowledge in IFRS and CMB regulations
• Preferably having qualification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to collect, organize, track and analyze data,
• Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines in an occasionally non-traditional work schedule,
• Analytical: Very strong systematic and investigative thinking capable of diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing day-to-day performance,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having completed military service,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, organizing, conducting and formally reporting on scheduled audit projects based on the approved annual audit plan,
• Assisting in identifying and evaluating the organization’s risk areas and providing input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan
• Assuring and developing the quality of auditing and reporting activities by reviewing field works, working papers and draft reports
• Conducting audit engagements as a team leader by coordinating the resources and by monitoring the project budget
• Assuring follow-up on the implementation of the proposed recommendations
• Communicating the results of audit projects via written reports and oral presentations to the management
• Pursuing professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and sharing information gained with co-workers
• Contributing to efficient performance of internal audit
• Assisting effective management and execution of fraud investigations
