Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''HOSTESS'' who has the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel, Food and Beverage Management degree or equivalent preferred
• A minimum 2 years experiences in the similar role operation in an international/Luxury F&B stand-alone chain or Hotels
• Fluent ability of speaking, reading, writing and understanding Turkish, English and/or Russian. Additional language is a plus
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
• Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
• Sevenrooms, Open Table, Micros Symphony, MS Excel, Word ve Power Point knowledge and efficieny
• Must have the ability to develop, write and utilize standards, working procedures and training tools
• Must have the ability to efficiently develop and train a team
• Have a strong working knowledge of F&B
• Have a strong product knowledge

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Hostess is required to conduct her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Maxx Royal Bodrum policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
• The Hostess has the responsibility for meeting, greeting and seating guests, possibly also required to serve the guests when business demands require. The role will also be responsible to take restaurant/bars reservation via e-mail, phone or in person and will have to handle and provide the reservation timings/seat turnover according to business to ensure maximum covers and revenue as well as thriving for the maximum level of guest satisfaction.
• The role works under the leadership and guidance of the Restaurant/Bar Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant/Bar Manager & Restaurant/Bar Manager and F&B Guest Relations Manager.
• The Hostess actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion. The hostess works in the section or area designated by the manager.
