Finance Specialist

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Specialist  or similar position
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Modelling and Project Finance
• Experience from international consultancy companies, financial institutions is a plus
• Intermediate Level of IFRS knowledge
• CFA is a plus
• As a good planner with exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, have ability to present ideas and negotiate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the financial issues and report to CFO
• Monitor obligations and liabilities from Project Agreements & Schedules and ensure that SPVs deliver their obligations
• Provide financial reports monthly to keep the Board Members and Management informed of the progress and status of the Project Agreement in terms of financial compliance
• Provide updates on financial models of the SPV’s
• Manage weekly cash flow and loan disbursements with local and international banks
• Manage discussions about related with calculations of invoices with the public and private authorities.
• Archive all finance related agreements of MR and SPVs
• Identify the financial risks and propose solutions
