Job Purpose;

Marketing and Communication specialist coordinates the marketing team to apply the proper MSC Brand strategy and executes Corporate marketing toolboxes in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities;

• Executes Corporate Brand Strategy for Turkey following inputs from the General manager. Defines marketing objectives and priorities, coordinates and executes marketing plans to accelerate business growth;
  
• Supervises the localization process of the Corporate marketing toolboxes, meeting the needs of Turkish trade customers and passengers;
  
• Focusses in particular on POS Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Web sites content and according to the local opportunities he/she can also activate all other marketing channels including Co-marketing, ATL BTL Digital CRM and PR.
  
• Supports the Commercial Team developing appropriate co-marketing plans with the distribution and sales partners to strengthen MSC Brand awareness in-stores and presence online for On-Line Travel Agents;
  
• Manages the Turkish marketing budget accordingly to the priorities set by the General manager, Executive Director and marketing manager; plans and monitors marketing funds spending reporting to Corporate marketing finance;
  
• Coordinates ship visits, familiarization trips and trade exhibitions planning;
  
• Responsible for Press Relations and all press related activities;
  
• Localizes the annual MSC Brochure according to the master received.
  

Job-Requirements:

• Turkish mother tongue; Excellent English is mandatory;
  
• BA/MA in Economics or Marketing;
  
• 3 years of experience in international company, possibilymarketing position;
  
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals;
  
• Ability to execute complex plans with excellent focus on details and quality of delivery;
  
• Ability to managing multiple priorities and stakeholders;
  
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
