Responsibilities:

• Managing all technical issues of center in accordance with Multi's quality standards, service agreements, supervisor directives, and annual technical budget
• Ensure proper maintenance of building structure, all electrical and mechanical systems, and interior/exterior landscaping.
• Preparing daily and preventive maintenance schedules, planning corrective actions and monitoring the execution
• Supervising and coordinating technical, cleaning and security service providers and vendors.
• Ensuring suitable consumption of all energy resources (electricity, water, gas, fuel) and looking for saving possibilities/opportunities
• Implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and control the service and quality level of any and all outsourced support services (security, cleaning, parking management etc.),
• Inspect the property on a daily basis and notify responsible parties of the deficiencies or items requiring attention.
• Make sure that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to according to the regulations.
• Provide timely input to the annual budgeting process for all technical-related expenses and consequently monitors and control that actual expenditures are kept within budget.
• Manage the Health and Safety of the mall and make sure that the processes and actions are compliant with the regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields (preferably in Mechanical or Electrical)
• Min. 5 years’ experience in the related field
• Very good command of both written and spoken English.
• MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge
• Good planning & budgeting skills
• Certified on Energy Management and/or Occupational Safety (preferable)
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Result oriented and pro-active.
• Suitable for flexible working hours
• Responsible, prone to teamwork
