Senior Accounting Manager

As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking Senior Accounting Manager.

 Qualifications:

• Graduated from a Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences or equivalent (Preferably holding a master's degree in the relevant field).

• At least 15 years of experience, preferably with at least 5 years of managerial experience.

• Expertise in cost accounting, general accounting and tax legislation.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and preferably holding an independent auditor license.

• Advanced level of English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

• Experienced in participating in and managing ERP projects.

• Visionary in digitalization projects in the field.

• Knowledgeable about SAP core modules (FI, SD, MM, AA, CO).

Job Description:

• Ensuring the complete and accurate management of all accounting and tax processes of our company.
• Providing guidance to senior management and other departments regarding cost, accounting, and tax policies.

• Setting operational goals for General Accounting and Cost Accounting units and monitoring their achievement.

• Guiding other departments on sales, costs, and profitability.

• Leading the development of cost and profitability reporting systems.

• Establishing efficient workflow and task allocation within the department to ensure business continuity and delegation.

• Implementing new tax regulations.

• Providing data to management and departments for decision-making processes.

• Monitoring incentive programs.

• Coordinating internal audit activities conducted by external resources, ensuring that relevant departments take necessary measures based on findings, and informing Metair Headquarters and Mutlu Senior Management about internal audit processes.

• Ensuring the operation of the Sanction Control (KYC) system.

• Ensuring compliance of Mutlu Battery and group companies with generally accepted accounting principles, tax regulations, cost accounting practices and group policies.

• Developing the technical, human, and organizational skills of the General Accounting and Cost Accounting team.

• Actively contributing to the development of SAP FI/CO and other business processes.
