The Solar Project Manager will support and join all activities of marketing and Project execution. 

. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project status updates reports for management and external stakeholders.

. Managing and reporting all site activities and subcontractors.

· Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients

· Marketing / Business Development activities in the assigned territory.

· Report to management on all aspects of Development and Construction of projects as required.

· Managing and coordinating duties related to planning, assisting management in issuing requests for pricing, competitive review,

· Ensure cost competitiveness, on-time delivery and product quality.

· Ensure construction projects are completed on time and on budget from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

· Develop full-scale project execution plans and related documents.

· Propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes.

· Oversee project execution to ensure that all systems are installed exactly according to plan.

· Monitors the status of the project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.

· Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies.

İŞ TANIMI

· Engineering degree,

· Experience Min: 5+ years electrical / electro-mechanical engineering experience This includes the following: 2+ years PV solar plants construction field experience. Should be available and accustomed to travel extensively internationally to 3rd world or developing countries

· Independent and self-dependent working

· Analytical thinking

· High energy level and motivation.

· Proactive and taking initiative

· Good at building relationships and trust, good judgment skills and high integrity

· Good communication and team skills, with ability to work in a cross-functional team

· High social and intercultural competence

· Speak and write English fluently. Other language skills like Bulgarian Spanish, German, French are an advantage

· Excellent report writing skills

· Must be able to work in an open plan environment

· Must be able to work extended hours

· Must be able to work on site in various conditions
