General Qualifications

Internal Audit Specialist will be employed for the Guriş Industrial Group and Group companies located in Istanbul, Bursa, Manisa and Dilovası. Guriş Industrial Group Internal Audit Department, provides services to all group subsidiaries. The candidates for the following qualifications will be reporting to Internal Audit Department Manager.

• Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration etc. University license graduated

• Preferably has CPA/SMMM certificate and 2 years of experience in audit firms,

• Analytical / systematic thinking and working,

• MS Office programs,

• Good command of English,

• Travel Availabity,

Job Description

·Ensuring a comprehensive risk analysis across the organization,

·Provide risk assessment at least once a year in order to realize risk-based internal audit planning,

·Establishing an audit plan in line with the objectives and objectives of the institution and allocating internal audit resources within the framework of this risk-based planning,

·Giving priority to the supervision of the organization's sensitive or high-risk areas by taking the views of the senior management and audit committee,

·Ensuring the continuity of the resources so as to enable the internal audit activity to continue its task successfully and planning and supplying the necessary needs (human resources, equipment, training, etc.),

·Increasing the professional competence and skills of internal auditors working in the unit (through training, workshops, seminars), receiving external consultancy services and encouraging auditors to obtain professional certificates (such as certifed internal auditor-cia),

·To give a general opinion on the effectiveness of the corporate governance, control and risk management processes throughout the organization.

·Ensuring timely completion of internal audit tasks,

·Ensuring timely reporting of audit results to senior management and audit committee,

·Performing financial monitoring and audit within the scope of the audit program,

·Reporting the audit work carried out,

·To support the work on top management demands and needs.
