General Qualifications
- Turkish Residence permit
- Nationality: Europien, Ukrainien
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: preferable - Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role.
- Language Skills – English, Turkish - Excellent verbal and written
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion: Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and distributing messages - organizing and distributing memos, notes, messages and other written communications.
- Maintaining company schedules - maintaining the schedules and agendas of professionals in their companies.
- Organizing documents and files - Keeping documents, records and files organized
- Greeting business clients and guests
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies – for the management only
- Scheduling meetings and conferences – for the management only
- Assisting executives with project tasks - assisting to management with completing small tasks as part of larger projects.
- Handling logistics for company staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers.
