We are looking for
“Business Development Manager” to be assigned to our company
Ravaber;
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or related area (Master degree is preferred)
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role min. 10 years in stone wool industry
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in developing distribution channels
- Has command of market knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational skills
- Flexible working hours
- No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To make regular visits to customers and potential customers planned to be developed within the framework of weekly plans
- To conduct regular reports on the developments in the market, product and market conditions and to inform the manager and the related parties
- Keeping the customer feedbacks regularly and keeping the sales reports on a weekly basis
- Receiving customer orders, financial approvals, follow-up of payments and shipments
- Performing monthly targets and budgets, taking the necessary actions and monitoring the production, quality, shipment and all necessary units to ensure these realizations
- To give regular information to all units related to brand, quality, new product, market information in the market
- Being active in all processes related to mineral wool and directing departments
- Creation of price proposals and forwarding to customers
- Product oriented sales approach and marketing know how.
