Product Specialist 

We are looking for candidates who are or have;

• University degrees preferably in Industrial Enginering, Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, International Business or similar departments, 

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in the Product Management, 

• Very good command of English, 

• Experience with MS Office programs, 

• Knowledge of CANIAS and/or ERP is an asset,

• A strong instinct for products,

• Available for travelling,

• Ability to work as a team member, 

• Capable of creating solutions quickly and decisively, 

• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements. 

• Must live in Bandirma or Gonen.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyzing the market, the competitors and making competition analysis,

• Developing marketing strategies, campaigns for the defined objectives of the product and coordinate with departments internally(sales,production, operation,design studio,finance), 

• Supporting the sales teams,

• Leading the operation/sales support team, 

• Communicating with marketing,design studio and traveling to customers with sales team to benchmark to define understanding of product positioning, 

• Managing ERP system actively, implementing to all departments and gathering requests to update the system. Organizing ERP training for new beginners. Supporting module design and documentation process and conducting process coordination. 

• Providing sales analytics including monthly/yearly analysis, forecasting, sales results and writing reports for managers, 

• Managing all sales and projects orders directly coming from customers in CANIAS ERP system,

• Managing all inventoried stock & requisitioned new stocks and coordinating production plan on a weekly basis. 

• Handling customer complaints.

• Evaluating projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
